We soothe those stressed out paddling muscles, rotator cuff tension, low back tightness and glutes soreness. Whether you are preparing for a big swell or restoring post surf this session supports performance, prevents injury and keeps you in the water surfing!

Both sessions are customized to fulfill each client's needs blending relaxation and/or deep tissue techniques while considering focus areas of tension and pressure preferences allowing both of you relax  and restore together. Our prenatal massage is designed to nurture mom and baby by assisting to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. Our therapy uses techniques that are safe for both mom and baby.

Massage for kids and preteens can be quite a memorable wellness and self care experience. Their growing bodies carry muscle tension, suffer from soft tissue injuries, and carry stress. Just like adults, our littles benefit from the relaxation of bodywork! 

Safety, comfort, and communication are of utmost importance. Swedish massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Chakra Tuning forks, mobility and stretching are all great therapies for kids. Parents are encouraged to be present.

Reiki sessions are facilitated to amplify one's Vital Universal Life force. Reiki aids in balancing our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers.
